Keep away from heating sources.

WEAR:
Each pack contains two insoles (1 right + 1 left). Separate the left insole from the right.
Check the size on the blue part and cut to the right size following the dotted line.
Place the right insole in each shoe (R = right - L = left) with the gel part in contact with the shoe.
If necessary, adjust the cut again.
Do not use a single insole as it could create imbalances.
CARE:
Hand wash with water and PH neutral soap, dry away from heat sources.
Once well dried, lightly sprinkle some unscented talcum powder.
