Never received the product. The Shop app is a nightmare. There is no customer service or way to contact the company. STAY AWAY!

i bought this almost a month ago. they were closed for the holidays which i understand but customer service sucks at responding. they didn’t provide me my tracking until i asked for it. very unprofessional and i still don’t have my product at this time that they’re asking for a review.
