The ORIONE® bilateral inguinal hernia truss is perfect for anyone suffering from a bilateral inguinal hernia, as it offers maximum support and comfort. It consists of two adjustable straps with natural leather pads.
This product is suitable for bilateral inguinal hernias.


The anatomical pad is recommended for small to medium size hernias. In case of larger inguinal hernias we recommend the Art.354 truss with flat pads.
Remember to measure very well your waist below the navel to calculate the size.

Hernia truss for bilateral inguinal hernia

I bought this from you in Spain as my GP would not prescribe safte hernia pants from a uk company who did not supply the safte truss.He just told me to look on Amazon.I have found it comfortable although I did not have any feeling of pain from the hernias before but was concerned that things might get worse.I feel I can wear it for the next year when I will see the surgeon to be assessed for surgery.In order to keep it cleaner I am wearing it over trunk underpants with longish legs and my wife has sewn up 2 tubes of material to go over the 2 straps which can be removed and washed.The product is well made.
