The Orione Homecare pyjamas has a zipper that runs from the back of the neck until the thigh to allow the staff in charge of daily hygiene operations for an easy change of diaper, without having to take off the whole pyjamas.

The zipper on the back does not allow patients with an intolerance to clothing to take off the pyjamas or the diaper.
The hinge is applied so as to reduce the pressure points or redness to the skin.
