The Orione patellar support with positionable silicone insert is extremely practical and easy to wear.

Lined with soft velour, this support acts on the patellar tendon just below the lowest point of the tibial tuberosity.

WEAR:

Completely separate the adjustment straps. The insert and the support itself, which form a sort of 'V' shape, must be positioned as shown with the 'V' facing upwards. Place the support on the leg (the insert must be just below the kneecap).
With the flexed knee (sitting) fasten the two straps until you obtain the required compression, making sure the support is perfectly centred on the knee.
Try to walk and if the compression is too high, adjust the straps.
